Work Experience
- August 1992 to Present: University of Idaho Department of Philosophy. Philosophy lecturer. Organizing, developing, and effectively instructing Philosophy 103 Ethics, Philosophy 306 Ancient and Medieval Philosophy. Website construction of course materials, and designing an autotutorial philosophy course for correspondence students, designing power-point presentations for educational use.
- August 1993 to May 1999: University of Idaho Department of Foreign Languages. Assistant Director of the Language and Learning Laboratory. Coordinating autotutorial mythology courses. Troubleshooting computer and audio-visual problems, Managing and schedualing 15 part-time work study employees, inventory control.
- September 1988 to May 1989: Chief Announcer, KUOI-FM. Responsible for maintaining the continual staffing and organization of DJs. Coordinated the training of new DJs and mediated station interpersonal problems. On call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- August 1987 to May 1993: Sales Associate, Night Manager (PIC: Person In Charge), and Building Maintenance, J.C. Penney Co. Participated in a variety of activities such as shipping and receiving, Customer service, inventory, ordering, planning events, reports.
- December 1985 to January 1987: District Sales Manager for the Idaho Statesman, responsible for sales and sevice for all of south-east Boise. Manitained personal relations with 68 carriers over two districts.
