Tae Kwon Do is a modern, evolving martial art that has its roots in ancient Korea. Translated loosely, Tae means "foot," Kwon means "fist," and Do means "the way" or "the path." Together they mean "the path to enlightenment and harmony through kicking and punching."
By practicing Tae Kwon Do you gain strength, stamina, coordination, and self-esteem.
