Ki-Cho Set

1.  Turn left, left high block, right middle punch, left front stance.

2.  180 turn to right, right high block, left middle punch, right front stance.

3.  90 turn to the left, left heel touches right heel before going into a left front stance, left low block

4.  Right front kick into right front stance, right middle punch, left middle punch, right middle punch

5.  Left front kick into left front stance, left middle punch, right middle punch, left middle punch

6.  Right front kick into right front stance, right middle punch, left middle punch, right middle punch (KI-AP!)

7.  270 turn to , left high block, right middle punch, left front stance.

8.  180 turn to right, right high block, left middle punch, right front stance.

9.  90 turn to the left, left heel touches right heel before going into a left front stance, left low block

10.  Right front kick into right front stance, right middle punch, left middle punch, right middle punch

11.  Left front kick into left front stance, left middle punch, right middle punch, left middle punch

12.  Right front kick into right front stance, right middle punch, left middle punch, right middle punch (KI-AP!)

13.  270 turn to , left high block, right middle punch, left front stance.

14.  180 turn to right, right high block, left middle punch, right front stance.
