   • Basic Form One

   • Chun-Ji
      

2. Breaking: One board using a kick of the student's choosing.
    

3. Hand Strikes:

   • Punch

4. Kicks: (Right & Left)

   • Front snap

   • Front Thrust

   • Sparring roundhouse (Half moon kick)

   • Full roundhouse
      

5. Blocks:

7. Sparring:

8. Self Defense: Student will demonstrate two different types.
