Ki-Cho Tul

1.  Turn Left, Left In-to-Out Middle Block, Left Front Stance.

2. Right middle punch, Right front stance.

3.  180 degree  turn to the Right, Right in-to-out middle block, right front stance.

4.  Left middle punch, left front stance.

5.  90 degree to the left, Left low block, rock back, chamber at hip, Fighting Stance

6.  Right Front Kick, right walking stance

7.  Left front kick, left walking stance

8.  Right Front Kick, right front stance, right middle punch--(KIAP!)

9.  270 turn to the left,   Left In-to-Out Middle Block, Left Front Stance.

10.  Right middle punch, Right front stance.

11.  180 degree  turn to the Right, Right in-to-out middle block, right front stance.

12.  Left middle punch, left front stance.

13.  90 degree to the left, Left low block, rock back, chamber at hip, Fighting Stance

14.  Right Front Kick, right walking stance

15.  Left front kick, left walking stance

16.  Right Front Kick, right front stance, right middle punch--(KIAP!)

17.  270 turn to the left,   Left In-to-Out Middle Block, Left Front Stance.

18.  Right middle punch, Right front stance.

19.  180 degree  turn to the Right, Right in-to-out middle block, right front stance.

20.  Left middle punch, left front stance.
